SIGMA Warranty Policy
SIGMA products come with a 1-Year Standard Warranty and an additional 1-Year Extended Warranty (Free 2-Year Warranty), effective from the original date of purchase. To claim warranty service, you must present your original warranty card along with a copy of your purchase invoice. This warranty is designed to provide peace of mind and ensure the quality and reliability of your SIGMA product.
SIGMA Warranty Validity Terms and Conditions
Warranty coverage is available under the following conditions:
- Every brand-new SIGMA product purchased from an authorized SIGMA dealer in Bangladesh is covered by a 2-Year Warranty, which includes manufacturing defects, firmware issues, and technical malfunctions.
- Your warranty period begins on the original purchase date and remains valid for two (2) years from that date.
- To qualify for warranty service, your product must be registered with SIGMA Bangladesh within 30 days of the purchase invoice date.
- Products that are not registered with SIGMA Bangladesh within the required registration period will not be eligible for warranty coverage.
- When submitting your SIGMA product for warranty service, you must include:
- A printed copy of the confirmation email containing your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number.
- The original warranty card, completed correctly without alteration, tampering, or damage.
- A copy of the original purchase invoice, receipt, or sales bill as proof of purchase.
- Any product damage resulting from misuse, neglect, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or conditions beyond normal wear and tear will void the warranty.
- This warranty does not apply to SIGMA Cine Lenses or SIGMA accessories unless otherwise stated.
Important Information Regarding SIGMA Products
Hope Enterprises Bangladesh is the exclusive authorized importer and distributor of SIGMA products in Bangladesh, providing official product sales, warranty services, repairs, and customer support.
Beware of Grey Market Products
While grey market products may appear to offer lower prices, they often come with significant disadvantages. These products may have been handled by multiple distributors, stored under unsuitable conditions, or shipped without proper protective packaging. As a result, their performance, reliability, and lifespan may be compromised.
Grey market products are not covered under the official SIGMA Bangladesh Warranty. Although some unauthorized sellers may offer limited store warranties, these warranties are not recognized by SIGMA Bangladesh. Any repairs or servicing for grey market products will be subject to applicable service charges.
Authentic SIGMA products distributed through authorized sales channels in Bangladesh include genuine warranty documentation, user manuals, and accessories intended for the Bangladesh market. Products purchased from unauthorized online or offline sellers may not include these official materials.
Please Note
Products that are not imported by Hope Enterprises Bangladesh or not purchased from an authorized SIGMA dealer in Bangladesh are not eligible for official warranty coverage, regardless of the type of service requested.
Reminder
Any SIGMA product with a missing, altered, or invalid serial number will be considered ineligible for warranty service and will not qualify for warranty coverage.
